Cancellation Policy for Attendance at the Conference:

Cancellation of registration by May 15, 2019 will be charged a $25 fee.  Starting May 16, 2019, the fee will be $50.  No refund of the registration fee will be issued starting May 25, 2019.  The cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Paper Manual - If you cancel an order for a paper manual by May 15, 2019, there will be a $5 cancellation fee.  There will be no refund if the manual order is canceled after May 15th.   If you are unable to attend the event, the download version of the manual will be available through June 30, 2019.  Paper manuals will not be mailed however you may make arrangements with Kyle Coleman as (972)810-4380 to pick up your manual .

PriceS to attend the conference include electronic manual:

Early Bird thru 3/18/19:   $475        

Normal price 4/2/19 through 5/15/19:  $525        

Late - beginning 5/16/19:   $575

Paper Manuals:  $100 through May 15th.  (No manuals can be ordered after May 15th)
